Counterfeit Power Support Products

During a recent investigation we discovered a number of counterfeit products in the marketplace. These products are currently being sold by unauthorized sellers whom are illegally using our registered trademarks, such as "POWER SUPPORT", "AIR JACKET", and the "PSC LOGO". These illegal sales are taking place in Japan and numerous other countries where our trademarks are registered. These counterfeit products not only display our registered trademarks but also uses our company name, address, product number, barcode, and all other noticeable marks and package detail, including the product source, "made in Japan". These sellers are not going through the appropriate, legal channels to sell these products and thus the quality of the products contained in these packages are far inferior to our authentic products. As noted above, we have identified a variety of counterfeits and we are now in the process of taking appropriate actions against the related sellers, distributors, suppliers, corporations and/or persons.

Please be aware of this fact and the existence of the counterfeits. In an effort to maintain our quality control we would like to respectfully request that if and when you discover counterfeit products that you contact us immediately with any and all information you may have with respect to the suspect products. We will reimburse the domestic or international cost of your report. We will be listing and taking legal actions against the shops, sellers, distributors, suppliers and/or persons related to the counterfeits on our website if we do not see immediate action by these parties to remove the counterfeits.

關於我公司的盜版

最近在日本國內外，多處發現了擅自使用我公司國際登陸商標的 "POWER SUPPORT", "AIR JACKET", "PSC LOGO". 的盜版產品。

這類盜版產品，不盡擅自使用商標，而且就連我公司的公司名稱，公司地址等進行了記載，對產品編號和條形碼進行了摹仿，並偽稱原產國是日本製造等，包裝設計部份的偽造甚至達到了十分細節的地步。而且商品本身竟被置入了劣質產品。

目前已經發現了多種盜版，我公司會逐一進行處理。敬請各位顧客在購買時充分留意。

另，如果您發現我公司產品的盜版產品，不論是日本國內外還敬請聯絡本公司。

對正在銷售我公司盜版產品，並不進行迅速對應的商家，我們會將該商家名稱逐一公佈在此頁面上。

이 모조품은 상표의 무단사용뿐만 아니라 당사의 사명, 본사주소등을 기제하여 품번, 바코드까지 모조하여 일본제란 허위 원산지 표시를 하였으며, 패키지 디자인의 세세한 부분까지 모조하였으나 상품 본체는 조잡한 제품이 들어 있습니다.
